Age Defying and Weight Loss Treatments






Aging and weight loss are two battles that many of us fight till the end. We start changing our eating and fitness habits the moment we see the scale with a number we don't agree with. Aging is inevitable and most of us welcome it with open arms. However, that doesn't mean that we wouldn't try anything to delay and defy the aging process. With scientific research and new developments we are at an advantage. Women now a days take better care of themselves as compared to decades ago. Healthier eating, meditation, exercises and anti aging treatments all help to slow down aging.

There are many treatments in the market to get rid of unwanted fat (belly, muffing tops, etc.), weight and wrinkles. I find the following two to be amazing. I haven't try them but their results are very promising and proven.


To Freeze Away Fat: The FDA has cleared the use of Cryolipolysis or Zeltiq CoolSculpting Treatment. Unlike other conventional treatments, Cryolipolysis freezes and eliminate fat cells without destroying your healthy ones. There is typically no down time. Procedure is performed in an about an hour and results can be seen within the first visit. The elimination of fat is stable as long as you maintain your weight.



Plump and Strengthen: Platelets Rich Plasma  is a therapy  which uses the platelets found in your blood stream to rejuvenate many areas of your body . They are great to treat and plump under eyes, cheekbones, strengthen facial structures and diminish fine lines. The procedure is fast (about 15-30 minutes) and results typically last up to 12 months.
