Creating an
instant makeover with bangs is as easy as 1-2-3. Although it may be simple to achieve, this
small change in hairstyle is powerful enough to generate the most dramatic,
stylish, youthful and feminine transformation you can ever imagine.
At Nolan Vincent Salon, we offer THE BANG BAR where clients can choose
from 7 different styles:
Classic & Bouncy Bangs as wore here by The First Lady, Michelle Obama, are cut 2" from your hairline with length close or below your eyebrows. They have subtle layers which gives this bang a classic look and lots of movements.
Side Swept Bangs as wore by Jennifer Lopez, are the perfect choice for you to experiment with if you have some anxiety. They are easy to maintain and the commitment is minimum. They fit and flatter practically all face shapes. Make sure you choose the most favorable side part (left or right). Consult with your stylist if you need guidance. As you can see these bangs are gradually angled towards your ears, blending well with the rest of your hair.
Pixie Bangs as wore by Christina Aguilera, are short and choppy. They are great for oval and rounds faces. They are cut 1" from your hairline. Since they are so short they tend to place a lot attention and focus to your eyes and brows. Make sure these beautiful features are properly groomed
Boho Bangs as wore by Nicole Richie, are my favorite ones. They gradually slope from center of your brows to your cheekbones and ears. They add a lot of sensuality and softness to your face.
Modern Cleopatra Bangs as wore here by Rihanna, are also my favorite. It is great to camouflage large foreheads. They are very heavy and wide encompassing the brows and temples. They are the perfect choice to square off round faces.
Asymmetrical Bangs they are funky and bold. They can easily transition to side swept bangs or any other bang styles. They emphasize your eyes and cheekbones.
Faux Bangs if you are not ready to cut your bangs, get yourself some faux bangs. They look very natural, provided you choose great quality human hair and perfectly matched color.
If you want to do a DIY (do not recommend) buy a pair of blunt shears to protect yourself from any snips. Cut them dry using the point cutting technique to prevent over cutting and undesired bluntness.
