Braids: The Accessory of a Goddess!

The Side Braided Bun (click on picture to watch how-to video) Braids...I am fascinated by them. Adding it to any updo can create a focus point of innocence, sophistication, sexiness and/ freshness. Braids have been the style of choice for centuries. History shows that braids were the preferred style for royalty and other social classes. Centuries ago, women of a lesser social economic status would wear simple braids, while the upper class and royalty would wear elaborate and intricate ones.  Nowadays, it has no social, economic, racial,  geographic boundaries or distinctions.   French, Dutch and Fishbraids are the most common ones. Once you learn how to do these braids, you'll be on your way to creating an endless array of braids. The following photos show some of my braided work and creations.   Click on this link to learn more http://www.refinery29.com/new-braid-styles?utm_source=email&utm_medium=editorial&utm_content=everywhere&utm_campaign=13
